Lauren began her television career while attending The George Washington University in Washington DC. There she worked part time as a desk assistant for Fox News Channel’s DC Bureau. After graduating, she moved back to New York working as a producer for Fox’s cable morning show F ox & Friends. In 2003 she left Fox News to be the morning anchor at NBC affiliate WETM 18 News in Elmira, New York. From there she was hired as the evening anchor for News12 Long Island- the station she grew up watching. After three years in her hometown she was hired back at Fox News Channel as the overnight breaking news anchor and reporter. She is currently a freelance reporter in New York covering features and entertainment. Lauren lives in Manhattan with her long time boyfriend Rick Leventhal and their dog Spanx.
